Or more specifically Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games. MMORPG's have been with us for a while now. Many are based on Dungeons and Dragons but it is also possible to find them based on history, science fiction and other topics.
Currently we have our two personal favourites listed here, but there will be more to come. These two do however hold the largest market share, and justifiably so, so it is only fair that Runescape and World of WarCraft should be top of our list.
